Proposal Preparation and
Submission A sponsor will only accept a proposal for
consideration if the application is complete, is in the approved
format, addresses issues of concern and meets the deadline.
In order to ensure that your proposal meets
the sponsor's criteria for consideration, read and follow the
guidelines repeatedly throughout the process of proposal preparation
and submission.
Write clearly; use the active voice.
No proposal will be submitted
without a properly filled out and signed proposal routing form.
